To many of us, the thought of running 100km is unimaginable. But 1,200 runners will be seeking to make this a reality this Saturday night at the Sundown Ultra Marathon 2011.
Sham will be flying the flag for The Runner’s Gait. For him and so many others, all the endless hours spent training comes down to this!
The Runner’s Gait will be setting up a support point for Sham and all our friends taking part in this massive event. We will be located at around the 30km mark, just after Changi Ferry Road, along Changi Coast Road.
Sorry the map is a little small, our location is just after Aviation Road and is near the usual Transition Site of the Tribob Sprint Series triathlon.
If there are any runners participating in this weekend’s Sundown Ultra Marathon that would like to have some personal aid at around the 30km mark, we’d like to help you out!
Just prepare your special needs bag (everything to be placed in at least a plastic bag that will not fall apart on its own) and have it clearly marked with your NAME and BIB NUMBER. Swing by the store and drop it off with us by 7pm on Friday, 24 June 2011 and we will have it at our support point on race night!
